Assistant to listing agent

We are an investment company and are looking for a real estate listing assistant to handle over $1M in listings at any given time. 

Skills required:

0) Real estate license current and no complaints won against individual

1) Proficient at CMA and appraisal concepts

2) Good with people (buyer and buyer's agent), good negotiation skills

3) Willing to drive the entire Fort Bend county (Katy, Sugar Land, Fresno, Missouri city). 

4) Positive attitude and willingness to learn
