Flip or Wholesale Opportunity in Utah

My husband is a Real Estate Appraiser in Utah and frequently comes across homes that are good candidates for flipping or wholesaling. We've never done either, but my husband can pinpoint ARV and knows when he's looking at a listing with a whole lot of potential. What we need are some partners in the area that want to combine expertise and take advantage of the deals we come across.

He found a home today that's in a good area of downtown Salt Lake that he believes has potential. It's a 2 Bed 1 Bath home that's listed for around $340,000. It's currently a rental, but looks to be in good shape. Comps he's pulling in the area of nicely updated homes are selling for between $420-$460K.

We'd love to pull the trigger on the home but would feel more comfortable with a partner who wants to get in, and who has resources to wholesale or flip this home or homes in the future. Lets connect if that interests you.
