Great Flip or AirBNB option on Brookside Avenue!

This 3/2 is located steps away from the Industrial Cultural Trail, Spades Park and all that the Massachusetts Ave art district has to offer! You also have a nice view of the city skyline. There is a lot of potential for this flip, as the hipsters are thriving in this area! It's convenience to the hustle and bustle would even make it a great AirBNB option.

This one sits directly across the street from the Circle City Industrial Complex (CCIC), which is a large mixed-used warehouse that is home to a diverse group of tenants, including artists, manufacturers, small businesses, and large industrial/warehousing users, according to the CCIC redevelopment website. The redevelopment of this facility is actually very exciting to the neighborhood and will continue to be a draw.
