Cashflowing turnkey investment in DFW. This one is located in Haltom City, with high demand for rentals. It is unlisted. Seller is firm on the price. A lot of work has been done to the 4plex and seller wants to cash out for another project.

Fourplex has individual electric meters but only one water meter. Owner pays for water.

Apt #A - $600.00 MTM Unit could be rehabbed to increase rent

Apt #B - $850.00 Tenant moved in Feb 2018 - one year lease - rehabbed Late 2016
