I am looking for people in the Phoenix area that are wanting to get into or are active in real estate investing and are looking to  "bird dog" or to find and wholesale properties. I can help with the paperwork and numbers as well as buy the houses that meet the proper criteria. (No need to waste time building a buyers list.) 

My company and I are a serious buyer and we are looking to buy 5+ properties a month. We are not looking for virtual wholesalers or to be added to a blast list. We want people who want to put in some work and make money finding deals. 

This opportunity has unlimited earning potential as you will get paid on any deal we close. This is not a mentor-ship or a real estate investing guru group though. We want people looking to work or start this as a business. Looking for around 3-5 serious people. Some experience preferred.
