Dentist looking for private lender to fund 4-5M project

Greetings,

I've been a huge fan of this site for some time now, and It has helped me as a real estate investor tremendously! I thought I would explore the BiggerPockets network, as I'm embarking on the biggest endeavor of my life! I am looking for private funding for a large project that will include land acquisition and ground-up construction of a dental office & daycare center in Omaha, Nebraska. I am the dentist, and my client will be operating the daycare center. I currently am part owner of a dental practice, which I will be selling.  

As a side note, I own two Nebraska properties that I will also be posting on the marketplace for sale. I have a single family unit renting for $1425/mo, a duplex with rents of $1100 & 1250, and a  Council Bluffs, IA property that needs a complete rehab or demolition.  The Council Bluffs property is adjacent to a multi-million dollar development called Rivers Edge. 

I'm looking to connect with people that can help create a win-win situation.  I can use a financial institution, and I am exploring that option, although I'd much rather connect with private funding.  Please contact me if we can help eachother!
