Hello, Las Vegas and Southern Utah Investors!

My Name is Kyle Bergren and I’m looking to build a small teams of part time investors in Las Vegas, Southern Utah, and Fayetteville North Carolina. Overall, I’m experienced, straight forward, and know how to find deals and make things happen but lack the free time and bandwidth to grow my part time operation. I'm usually able to make a profit where most investors cannot through low cost financing, in-house skills, and DIY efficiencies. This is not an ad for employment or pay to learn operation rather to seek teammates of equally hardworking and passionate demeanor to share project management, responsibilities, risks, and rewards. At the end of the day we all take a fair cut when deals are successfully executed.
