This post was a total farce/misrepresentation on it's face.

-assuming 1900/mo less $760/mo P&I=$1140/mo=$13,680....

Before tax and insurance, vacancies, repairs, capex. etc....an Easy $400/mo=$9280 NOI (10%)

More troubling, a P&I payment on the original $290-300k mtg, at 4% even, is over $1400/mo.

If there is a $697.51 P&I monthly payment, this Obviously due to some Loan Modification which is temporary, and obviously not disclosed.

Total Bush League.
