We are currently seeking equity investors for several projects we are working on. Below is a high-level summary of the deal structure. You can also view our MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) HERE for greater detail.

  • Minimum Investment: $250,000
  • Expected Partner Return: Approximately 40% based on historical track record
  • Capital Requirement: 50% LMDG / 50% Partner
  • Equity Split: 65% LMDG / 35% Partner
  • Term: 12-18 Months
  • Property Location: Coastal Property in Orange and Los Angeles County, CA
