Well taken care - this property is as clean as the pictures. This property is currently a single family home in the front with a private quarters in the rear. Back private quarters currently bringing $1225 a month. Leased until June of 2018. Single family home can easily be converted into a 2/1 and a 1/1 to making this a TRIPLEX. Conservative projected TRIPLEX rent $1225+$1225+$1400=$3825. Could be more with some updates. See link below for pictures and the floor plan for triplex details. Both units are well maintained.
