Looking for good wholesalers in the Washington DC Area

Good day community. I'm looking to purchase between 3 and 6 deals per year under $400K each in the Greater Washington DC area (Northern Virginia, DC and MD). So far, the wholesalers that have contacted me don't know how to run correct AVRs and are offering really bad deals. If you are working or know any reputable, honest and professional wholesalers in this area please put me in contact with them. Thanks for your time and help.

@Gregg Hutton might be able to help you.

Just a suggestion, but have you tried training a wholesaler to run correct AVRs the way you run the numbers. You can teach them your system as to how you find a correct AVR, and turn a bad wholesaler into a good one (as long as they are open to change).
