Currently rehabbing.  This property will be complete mid February.  New roof, new HVAC, new plumbing, new cabinets, flooring and paint, new Hot water heater.  All done as of 2018.  

Property is 1 mile from downtown Kannapolis and NC Research campus.  Can be rented between $700-$800 easily.
