Seeking Input on New Construction Private Money Lenders!

Hi All - the projects we're doing at the moment are in a rural ski town area. We currently have a loan with Bank of the West on one of our projects which has taken a lot of time. Honestly, I wouldn't mind going  private....it'd save a lot of time and having an ongoing relationship would be nice.

We're open to hard money, private money lenders etc.  Just looking for any input as to who's lending across the state for new construction.
