Take a look at this house that sits on over a half acre lot! The house is in good condition, but will need a cosmetic rehab to sell for our suggested ARV. The roof is 1 year old, the HVAC system is inoperable and will need to be replaced, and the electric panel will need to be replaced. We didn't notice any issues with the foundation when walking the property. We are assigning our interest to purchase this property.
