Searching for licensed and insured contractors to help with Single Family and Multi-Family residential rehabs.

Candidates must be reliable and able to help with rehab work in Columbia. The projects will range in size from $5-$20K worth of work and will last for 2-4 weeks at a time.

We are looking to develop long-term partnerships with Contractors who can offer wholesale pricing and understand the benefit of continued and ongoing work. We plan to grow our Real Estate Investment Company substantially in the next 18-36 months.

We have a highly detailed system for each project and are looking for lasting partnerships with Contractors who can complete work on budget and on-time.
