Post: Looking for Investor Friendly Agents in Huntsville, AL

We are looking for Investor Friendly Agents in the Huntsville Market.

We have a few resources we're already using to find deals in Huntsville but are always looking for off-market deals through wholesalers, REO's, or contacts in the market.

Our biggest need is an Agent who can react quickly once we find a property we like. We will run a full analysis and when we come to the agent with an offer, if accepted, we will move on it.

If anyone has referrals for Investor Friendly Agents I welcome the chance to speak with her or him.

Thanks,
Taft

Looking for bathroom flooring ideas and would welcome any suggestions. We have a 3/1 SF Rental being rehabbed in OKC and the GC has asked what kind of flooring we want to go with.

This is going to be a long-term rental so we want something that is durable, cost-effective, but still has curb appeal.

Any suggestions/recommendations on tile or another flooring that brings a bathroom together would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Taft

@Charlene Gaard Good afternoon. Please send info to [email protected] when time permits. My Partner and I are very interested.

Regards,
Taft

Thanks, @Michael S.

It's a great tool per the videos I've seen but the one I've been attempting to use has bugs. Do you have any rough time frame estimate you can share on when the kinks will be worked out?

On a side note, @Brandon Turner uses a different version of the BRRRR Calc on the following YouTube video I referenced when learning to navigate the calc. Is this version available to the general public?

Thanks,

Taft

I am having issues with my BRRRR Calculator functionality and wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue? When I change purchase price and hard money loan info the Monthly Cashflow and Cash on Cash ROI doesn't update when I recalculate.

I've reached out to support@biggerpockets but would like to speak with someone to walk through this issue. I believe all organizations should offer their customers the ability to speak with someone live, even if it's via chat, instead of only emailing. It's a lot more efficient fixing an issue live VS emailing back and forth.
