I am in need of buying funds for a home in Livonia Michigan

I am in need of buying funds for a home in Livonia Michigan . The buy is about $240,000 the retail on the home is over $320,000. We would only need the money for 120 day. The home needs about $10,000 in touch up. Let me know what you can do on this deal and future deals.
