I am in need of buying funds for a home in Allen Park Michigan.

I am in need of buying funds for a home in Allen Park Michigan. The buy is about $95,000 the retail on the home is over $200,000. We would only need the money for 60-90 days, we were going to sell the home as is asking $150,000. Let me know what you can do on this deal and future deals.
