Looking for funds for 24 hours for a friend

I have a friend who is an agent that is interested in purchasing a home for his sister but requires cash for 24 hours in order to secure the sale from hubzu.com. The auction website requires a cash buyer.  What I am looking for is a person willing to lend cash for 24 hours and charge a percent or require a fee for the lending.
