Want to learn about real estate investing? Enjoy talking to people?

Join our real estate investing team in a part time or full-time capacity. We plan to quickly ramp up our marketing machine over the next couple months and you would be on the front line doing (and learning). Specifically, you will manage all inbound calls as well as actively pursue new leads. Our team will provide the tools and training needed to be successful. We are looking for a smart, motivated, and sociable person who has a natural ability to make connections with almost anyone.

- You want to get your feet wet in real estate

- You are personable and enjoy talking to people

- You often can build a positive rapport with just about anyone and enjoy talking to new people

- You are dependable and organized

- You are available full time or part time (various shifts available)

- You must be able to be in front of a computer in a quiet environment throughout your shift

- You have basic computer and Microsoft Excel proficiency

Ideal, but not required, if you have had any prior sales, customer service, or real estate experience

This is a paid independent contractor role.
