Perry Township home $50k BELOW market value on the south side!

Located in Perry Township schools on the south side of Indianapolis, this one has a TON to offer, especially at $50k BELOW market value!!! It is also super close to Roncalli High School, a very popular private Catholic institution. Maryknoll Park Addition is a nice established neighborhood, where homes do not stay on the market long.
