looking for buy and hold investors in Northern VA

Hello!

Is there anyone in this specific sub-forum that invests in rental properties in/around Northern VA? I've looked around, but my mind seems to always go back to cities in other states (TX/FL/GA) because of the prices. If you are willing to chat sometime please let me know!
