I have expanded my direct sources to 6. Each has it's own protocol, but we can centralize the paperwork and pull from all 6.

I would ultimately need to work directly with the buyer or the buyer's reps; but IM's are fine, just take me to your leader asap without a lot of posturing. That shell game is maddening! Let's just get right down to the brass-tacks of the deal and make it close.
