Looking for 4 Plex in Alaska

In search of a multi family fourplex in Alaska.  Looking for a four-plex but would look at others also.  Anchorage, Kenai, Soldotna area, Fairbanks or the Wasilla Palmer area.  Also any tips on a friendly local banker.  No more big mega banks for me.  Thanks

Are u owner occupying or 25% down? If the latter I would recommend going more than 4 units. A lot of the 4plexes, at least in anchorage/matsu are overpriced. u could get 6+ for the same price. 

Wasilla has had good growth, but I feel it's been over developed. Possibly just my opinion though.
