Seeking hard money lender in Los Angeles Area, IE or So. Cal

Looking for a hard money lender in the Los Angeles, CA area, Inland Empire or Southern California. Right now I am working on...I guess you can call it a flip. My grandma passed away and left her house (in her will, paid in full) to my Mom. My Mom wants me to fix up the house to sell it. We are looking for a hard money lender so we can fix up the house.

TIA
