Brick 3/2/2 located in south Fort Worth. Roof and HVAC appear to be in good shape. May need some foundation adjustment, but nothing the average investor hasn't seen. Nice functional layout with the brick ranchstyle exterior that tends to cast the widest net of end buyers.
