I then design a playbook around the methods that I use in my toolset to bring you into the culture change that you might experience in the “new way” of running your business on auto pilot. I then introduce your future mode of operation (FMO) play by play. As you incorporate and learn the processes and as I train your staff or virtual assistants on how to run these “plays”, your business gets going and you experience small successes one step at a time.

Eventually, your business automation processes are fully implemented and you are ready for growth at your pace! As you bring on more resources and clients, leads or customers your system is scalable and grows with you.
