HUGE PRICE DROP in St. Clair Place / Woodruff area off of Jeffers

There is crazy activity going on in this area of the city currently!! If you take a look at what has happened in the past 6 months alone, you will see this is a HOT ZONE! Near St. Clair Place and also in the heart of thePromise Zone, the area around us has also been recently named "Teachers Village" according to the IBJ. Our single family 3/1 has a walk through bonus room that could easily be a 4th bedroom.The house next to it and one across the street have already been rehabbed!
You could:
A.) keep it as a rental and collect around $800 per month as is;
B.) give it a nice, but small rental rehab to bring in $1000 per month rent and hold onto it for one to two years before flipping it; or
C.) FLIP it now and capitalize sooner!
