Are there any investor friendly agents that work in the Houston area? I've got a deal that I need some assistance in finding a buyer asap. The deal info is below, the seller is hedge fund and they are very motivated to sell.

Property Details: 1010 Brazos Court, League City, TX 77573

Asking $155,000

ARV $235,000

Est. Repairs $8,000 (Paint and Floors)

4 bed; 2 bath

Sq.ft 1,715

Subdivision: Austin Park

Current Rent: $1875…. Lease is expiring in 4 months

Over the past 5 years, property has only turned one time. Other than the Turn-time between property has not been vacant since the acquisition.
