This is a deal for a condo in the heights. It's worth noting that an exact same unit sold recently for $325,000

We are asking $225,000 and it only needs cosmetic work of around $33,000.

Due to it's location etc. this will sell quickly so please let me know if you would like to view as soon as possible.
