BiggerPockets Community,

I am helping an elderly couple sell their home and we are scheduled to close tomorrow afternoon 12/28/17. Unfortunately, my investor did not obtain the financing he needed and has backed out at the last minute and the sellers need a solution.

Property

5831 Braeshether Dr. Houston, TX  77096 (Meyerland)

ARV is $500,000, Repairs $75,000, Asking $275,000. More details are available here

Is there an option to obtain short-term financing today?  The strategy would be to hold for 30 days while another investor obtains financing to close. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. PM me if you are interested or have a solution that will work.
