Commercial multi-family properties 5-20 units available

Hello BP members,

I have been successfully been compiling small multi-family apatment and mixed use buildings on a regular basis now for the last 4 months or so. I continue to come across commercial properties which are under market value that i have been wholesaling to my end buyers.
