Cashflow & Turnkey SFR in Lake Worth, TX (N. Fort Worth)

I am an investor selling a property that is turnkey and cash-flowing well. I need to let this good cashflow property go since I'm in the middle of a family transition. Lots of opportunity with this property as it has 3 different units on one property - A duplex set-up and a guest house. Although it's set up as a multi-family, it's zoned single family. Lots of potential uses for large family, Family business in guest house, or Air BNB.

Home leased through July 2018 at $1875 mo.  3200+ Sqft. 7 Beds, 3 Baths, 3 Living, 3 Kitchens. All central heat, new paint, blinds, etc. $164900.

Yep, that's $1875 mo. revenue for a $164,900 purchase.
