I and a "partner" are going to do a rehab flip in NC... (this partner friend will project manage a rehab)

Do you have any document with some appropriate verbage you could share between two people, who are partnering in a flip?

Separately, the other document is for a waiver of lien document for a GC and buyer, could you share that document too?
