40 unit Hartford package available immediately! Awesome location!

We have access to a 40 unit package of 3's, 6's, and a 7 unit.  These buildings are fully rented, and are run efficiently and clean. Cap rates are good.  Will consider splitting each unit, but looking to unload to one buyer may yield a better deal. PM me, and I can provide more information.
