Hello,

My name is Ashley and I own a property management company in Detroit Michigan. I have investors make ROI as high as 25%. How? You may ask or you may think that's to good to be true. Well if your saying it's to good to be true then your probably not ready to start investing in turnkey properties. But here's how, Buy and hold, most my clients are in other states or countries. They make the initial investment to  purchase the property, then they hand it over to me. I handle everything like finding tenants, renovations, repairs, utilities, inspections and much more. So basically every month their getting a report and a deposit into the bank account. Most of which has never been to Detroit. Here's an example of one of our deals..... They purchased the property at $15,000 , put $6,500 worth of work into the property, immediately started renting it for $750/ month (tenant pays all utilities). Property taxes are $1,100/ year, insurance is $900/ year, and property management is $900/year. So doing the math their all in total investment was $23k (because commission), Their annual return is $9k/year. So their ROI is $9,000/$23,000= 0.391 or 39.1% ROI (WOW THAT'S INSANE). All while never stepping foot in a property and probably spending 10 hours a year on this investment. But lets not forget about expense's so total investment is still $23,000. Expenses are property management $900/year + $900/ year insurance+ $1100/year+$1000/ year for repairs (which are very minimum because we remolded the property at purchasing). So $3900 worth of expenses every year = $325/ month. So after expenses their annual return is $5100. So the Net ROI is $5100/$23,000= 0.221 or 22.1% Net ROI. I can go on and on about this but it's up to you to take action. If you ready to start making money in real Estate you have to first start.

I can be reached directly if you are interested in making money and starting now, Also if you have any questions.
