Great investment opportunity! 

Extremely well maintained, 8 suite brick apt. bldg. 6 two bedroom units, 2 one bedroom units. 

There are 10 covered garage spaces with doors, plus room for additional cars. 

A second floor laundry area with washer/dryer. All tenants are month to month except one. 

On site bldg. maintenance man (rents at a discount). Tenants pay gas and electric, owner pays water and sewer.

Improvements include; new tear-off roof in 2004, 76 new windows in summer of 2006, new cement drive and paved parking 2010-2011, new glass block windows in all 8 bathrooms, 2 new double garage doors with openers, resurfaced parking lot 2015 and updated landscaping. 

All stoves and refrigerators are in good working order. 

Location, location, location! Half block to public transportation, 25 min to downtown, 15 min to Beachwood Place, Legacy Village and Little Italy.
