Looking for wholesale deals in Sussex county, Delaware

Hello everyone - I'm a fix and flipper in Indiana, but looking to do a deal in Sussex county, Delaware. Specifically I'm looking for a property to BRRR or possibly Air B-n-B in the Rehoboth, Bethany Beach, Lewes, or Milton areas. Prefer SFR (vice condo, but could do a condo if price was right) with $200k-$300k ARV.
