Hello BP! I am looking for retiring landlords or a property you do not want to manage anymore.

I am in need of purchasing SFR in the macomb county area, Warren, Centerline, Hazel Park, Madison Heights, Eastpointe, and Roseville.

 I would like to purchase any property under a land contract I have done these deals in the past with good track record and also will provide references if needed.
