Spokane, Washington Lender Recommendations

Hello All,

I am living in Spokane, Washington and am looking for recommendations on local lenders. I have asked around and made some phone calls but I wanted to see what the BP Community had to say about it. If you don't have any recommendations, would you be able to give me some advice or a list of questions to ask lenders when I make phone calls and sit down with them? I'm sure there is a current list on BP that I can use?

Thanks in advance for all of your help!
