Talk About Return On Investment....

Interested in a passive income opportunity with  very little overhead or maintenance, only taxes?

I have 3 developed commercial storage parking lots available in an industrial area that currently cashflows $17,000 per month. The 3 tenants park their semi's, storage containers, and commercial trailers on the properties, shuffling them in and out as needed. The lots have gates, fences, electricity, and lighting.

Lot 1 = 11.3 Acres - brings in $10,500 per month. Tenant is nearing the end of his lease, has verbally stated that he will be resigning.

Lot 2 = 1.4 acres - brings in $1,500 per month. Tenant recently signed a new lease.

Lot 3 = 4 acres - brings in $5000 per month. Tenant signing new lease now.

Price for all three lots is $1,490,000. Once you take out ~$18,000 per year in taxes, that's a 12.48% CAP rate!

Let me know if you are interested, and I will get you all the details.
