Property was just rehabbed and a tenant was just placed.  1 year lease starting Nov 1.  Excellent price to rent ratio.  Property management in place for the out of area investor.  

Rented at $750 monthly with $1000 deposit

Just appraised at $52000

Property management just inspected the property.
