Here is a new off-market property that I want to get rid of quickly. You can rehab it and sell it retail to a homeowner or you can renovate it for cash flow as a rental in a good neighborhood. It sits on a quiet block in a desirable location near metro lines & public transportation, major expressways, up the street from new Pullman Area developments, which all are good for job availability.
