Agent to help with flip and sale of home

I am in the process of flipping a property in 63135. I am currently out of the area and would like to partner with an agent who has a team on the ground locally to oversee the rehab work (minimal touch up job that should take a week) and who would of course receive the selling commission as well as additional compensation.
