Looking for Financial Lenders

My first discussion: Hello bigger pocket members, I need you're professional opinion. I am interested in a mix-use property here in Chicago. I can not find anyone to finance this particular property. The banks are asking if I have some type of business like a LLC or a corporation, so I could get a mortgage on this particular property. It's 2 Apt , 2 bedroom each with three storefronts and two are active generating $2600 a month and potential $4000 a month for the whole building and the asking price is $125,000.

Any financial lenders out there willing to get involved, thanks in advance.
