hi everyone,my name is fritz.i am a new investor from new york.i am looking for income properties preferably outside ny.i will invest anywhere i can make a profit.i am looking for multi units properties.my goal is to acquire enough units to generate a healthy monthly cash flow, whether by purchasing 2-4 units at a time or one single 6 or 8 units.to the sellers out there,if you have something that fit my goal,please let me know.thanks
