Looking for a mentor and/or partner

Hey BP. I'm looking for a mentor and/or partner to jump-start my REI career. I'm currently analyzing deals in the Fort Collins, Colorado area, looking for my first house-hack opportunity to get in the game. The goal is to find a great deal, find some creative financing options, and house-hack to build equity that I can then leverage in the future. I'd love to find a mentor and/or partner that has some experience in financing, flipping, buy/hold, analyzing deals, and, well, pretty much anything! I'm hungry to learn and get my hands dirty.

Some value I can return in exchange includes:

- an insatiable work ethic

- analysis on any/all deals and leads

- manual labor (painting, demo, general repair work, etc.)

- boots on the ground (driving for dollars, finding deals, sending messages for leads, etc.)

- a great attitude and desire to learn

- a friendship and fruitful partnership

I work full-time in procurement as an analyst and strategic commodity manager, so I have experience in data analysis, people management, strategic thinking, and negotiating. I'm good with numbers, database architecture and data management, and process flow efficiency. I think many of these skills could be applicable in the REI industry, and I'm excited to leverage them.

I look forward to any responses, so if you're in the area, please reach out and say hello! Even if you aren't looking for a mentee/partner, we can still network and talk about our favorite subject: real estate.

Cheers,
