We have attempted to sell the property twice to conventional retail buyers but financing agencies are requiring a quiet title action. This property had three potential heirs. Two confirmed no interest via certified mail and the third quitclaimed their rights. We have a complete legal opinion solidifying our claim that this property cannot be reclaimed.
