Great Flip Opportunity in Brunswick, Maine

Great flip opportunity. ARV of $190,000. Light rehab needed, mostly cosmetic work. All of the major systems are in good shape. Septic has been inspected. Passed inspection but is only a two bed room design, will need new leach field to support the two bedroom addition that was put on the house. Sight evaluation and design has been completed for new leach field.
