Looking for a Real Estate Investing Coach in Tampa, FL

My husband and I are trying to find someone who can “coach” us in Real Estate investing in Tampa, FL and the surrounding area. We are newbies and want to learn everything we can but not go broke doing it. Did an “interview” with the rich dad poor dad “coaching” they apparently have but felt very pressured to spend a massive amount of money right then and there.
